EEC Teacher
Responsibilities
- Follow all EEC regulations, program policies, and procedures
- Implement an age-appropriate curriculum with activities that support the children's development
- Maintain a positive, clean, and welcoming environment
- Maintain open communication with families
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
Qualifications
- Meet the Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification requirements
- CPR and First Aid certified
- SORI and CORI background check
EEC Lead Teacher
Responsibilities
- Lead, create, and implement classroom curriculum with activities that support the children's development
- Supervise and mentor teachers and assistant teachers
- Maintain and create all required classroom records, observations, and documentation
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Maintain open communication with families
- Follow all EEC regulations, program policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Meet the Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher certification requirements
- CPR and First Aid certified
- SORI and CORI background check
- Experience in an early childhood classroom
