EEC Teacher

Responsibilities

  • Follow all EEC regulations, program policies, and procedures
  • Implement an age-appropriate curriculum with activities that support the children's development
  • Maintain a positive, clean, and welcoming environment
  • Maintain open communication with families
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings

Qualifications

  • Meet the Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • SORI and CORI background check

Responsibilities

  • Lead, create, and implement classroom curriculum with activities that support the children's development
  • Supervise and mentor teachers and assistant teachers
  • Maintain and create all required classroom records, observations, and documentation
  • Participate in staff meetings and trainings
  • Maintain open communication with families
  • Follow all EEC regulations, program policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Meet the Massachusetts EEC Lead Teacher certification requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certified

  • Experience in an early childhood classroom
